within six (6) months from the completion date of your
installation if you are not completely satisfied with
the workmanship and manufacturer’s specified performance
of the system we installed, we will make modifications
to our installation as necessary to achieve your
satisfaction. (Within the equipment specified
limitations and sales agreement work scope. Efficiency
and/or model upgrades or brand changes are not
included).
If we are unable to satisfy your concerns we will remove
the system within thirty (30) days of your written
request and refund 100% of your money so that you may
purchase a new system from another contractor of your
choice. (Your original system, when removed, will be
recycled and is not available to be reinstalled should
you decide to invoke this guarantee).
5 YEAR SYSTEM PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
Our installations keep you comfortable.
We guarantee that when the equipment we install is
seasonally maintained by us and operated in accordance
with the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance
manuals, the system will perform as we have stated and
agreed upon. We promise a temperature variance of no
more than plus or minus 3 degrees Fahrenheit (2 degrees
Fahrenheit with an electronic digital thermostat) at
your digital thermostat location whether heating or
cooling your home (applicable to scope of equipment
installed by Best Electric & Air only). If the desired
temperature selection is not achieved, we will make any
upgrades, modifications, repairs, or replacements
necessary (within the equipment specified limitations.
Upgrades or brand changes are not included.) to reach
the desired temperature at no charge to you for a period
of five (5) years. This is based upon the design
conditions for your area as stated on the Comfort System
Agreement and the manufacturer’s equipment
specifications.
When you sign anyone else’s agreement there is no
assurance that it will provide the temperatures you
hoped for. We guarantee that it will be the temperature
you want. Others replace or install equipment… we assure
your comfort, and isn’t that what you want from your
system.
EXCLUSIVE “LEMON-FREE” GUARANTEE
Why
suffer with a “patched” system component. We
recognize that not every manufactured piece of heating
and cooling equipment is 100% perfect, 100% of the time.
Since our customers should expect to receive 100% of the
heating and cooling value and comfort they’ve invested
in, we offer a “Lemon-Free” guarantee on our “Premium,
Deluxe and Standard” systems.
Simply stated, should the compressor in the outside air
conditioner/heat pump fail during the first five (5)
years, (three (3) years on a “Deluxe” system, one (1)
year on a “Standard” system) of ownership from the date
of our installation, we promise to remove the “lemon”
and install a completely new outside unit – at no cost
to you.
Should the coil in the newly installed air handler fail
within the first five (5) years (three (3) years on a
“Deluxe” system, one (1) year on a “Standard” system) of
ownership from the date of our installation, we promise
to remove the “lemon” and install a completely new
indoor unit – at no cost to you.
Should the indoor coil in the newly installed cooling
system fail or crack within the first five (5) years
(three (3) years on a “Deluxe” system, one (1) year on a
“Standard” system) of ownership from the date of our
installation, we promise to remove the “lemon” and
install a completely new indoor unit – at no cost to
you.
The compressor, indoor coil and the heat exchanger are
major components and the “heart, lungs and soul”
respectively of your comfort system, and should one or
both of them fail while under warranty, we won’t put the
proverbial band-aid on an axe wound. We will replace the
entire defective unit (five (5) years “Best”, three (3)
years “Deluxe”, one (1) year “Standard”), with a brand
new piece of equipment to ensure your peace of mind and
worry-free operation.
Further, if a minor component fails during the first
year of ownership after our installation, the
manufacturer will provide the replacement part at no
charge, and you would normally be on the hook to pay for
the labor to have the new part installed. We will
install the part at no additional charge to you for one
year no matter which system you select.
If you’ve ever bought a “lemon” before, you’ll truly
appreciate our commitment to your long-term
satisfaction.
Know that, should you be one the unfortunate 1.5%, you
can rest assured; for we will replace your air handler
or condensing unit…and even apologize for the
inconvenience! No one else will make a pledge that
strong.
Guarantee is limited to the original purchaser of the
equipment. A continuous current Service Partner Plan
must be in place from the date of installation and all
equipment must be maintained by Best Electric & Air.

guarantee for the first year you will save a minimum of
20% over the previous year under similar weather and
operating conditions or we will pay you 110% of the
difference upon completion of a utility bill audit at
our expense.

in writing and guarantee it they usually begin to

10 YEAR DUCTWORK WARRANTY
If it falls down, fails, or breaks, we’ll replace it.
All the ductwork we install is guaranteed 10 years for
workmanship not to fall down or fall apart. Should any
of the ductwork we install do so, we will repair,
replace or make the necessary modifications to correct
the situation at no charge to you. Damage by varmits,
rodents, insects or others are not included.
